Government guidelines have allowed us to continue delivering our wrap-around childcare and Specialist Clubs throughout the Autumn term and we are delighted that our COVID safe measures have enabled us to do so. 

The children and adults have been fantastic at adapting to the new ways of working. Childcare being provided in year group bubbles and Specialist clubs continuing to run with a slightly limited ability in year group bubbles.  

After careful evaluation our Spring term programme offers pupils even more opportunities to continue being creative and learn new skills.

Key Information 

• Log into MCAS, pay all outstanding balances for the current term before the launch date. 

• Club bookings for all year groups released on Monday 7th December at 8pm.

• Make sure your login is working before the launch. 

• Prioritise bookings, top choice first. Only book what you need, no refunds or swaps.

• Check out promptly, bookings stay in the basket for only 5 minutes before being released. 

• When paying by vouchers pay whole amount, MCAS will not accept part payment. 

• Once Specialist clubs are booked, check childcare needs for wrap-around care in Breakfast or After-school clubs.
