Holiday club, Nursery and Reception to Year 6

We are planning to open holiday club for 5 weeks over the summer holiday break. The children of key workers will be prioritised first.

Due to current social distancing measures we will not be able to run our holiday club in the same way as we have done in the past. Children will be assigned to a bubble.  Maximum number, each day in each bubble will be 15 children. In Nursery this will be 8 children.

Sessions:

Dates: Wednesday 22^nd July - Friday 21^st August

Times: Monday- Thursday, 8am -6pm and Friday 8am -1pm

Fees:

Nursery:

Whole week: £280

Daily rate: £65

Friday: £45

Reception to Year 6:

Whole week; £190

Daily rate: £45

Fridays: £30

Booking

Key worker bookings for the summer period will need to be completed by 26^th June at 11:15am.  We would prefer parents to book whole weeks of care wherever possible, however we know that this might not fit with working patterns and will try to meet the demands of all.

Once key worker parents have booked the childcare they require we will then open the remaining spaces to all parents.

Booking should be made on our online booking form in the first instance, this will allow us to plan groups and staffing. A link will be emailed to key workers who have registered with us, please look out for it. Once booked you will be  invited to complete a further booking on MCAS. At this point you will charged and payment should be made, instructions will follow. This is non-refundable.
