Year 3 dressed in their finest Victorian clothes for an exciting day learning about the Victorian era.

Year 3 classrooms were transformed into the traditional layout of a Victorian classroom and all the children expressed their excitement about the day ahead when they saw the layout. Activities throughout the day included playing traditional hopscotch, researching the lifestyle of a Victorian child and learning about the Victorian designer William Morris. The children had a wonderful day. One boy in 3H commented “I can’t wait to learn more about the Victorians this term”. The Year 3 team would like to thank the parents/carers and children for the effort put into the costumes. The children all looked fantastic. We now look forward to a fun filled term learning all about the Victorian era. Pictures to follow.
