Every London Primary school child to receive free school meals from September

In February the Mayor announced that every school child in London will receive a free school meal.

This is set to be rolled out for September. To help ISS (Feeding Hungry Minds) with their planning for this,  please  complete this very brief survey (2 questions) one response per child by Friday 12 May.
