Exciting email news from Bentley- Quick Pics is now available for parents

Parents can now sign up to view children(s) images without needing to wait for the ticket (distributed on the day of photography) to be brought home, or if the card has not made it home.

Once parents have created an account with us, they can add their child’s names to their account and during the course of the academic year we will pro-actively notify them that there are images to view.

How it works

• https://orders.online.bentleypics.com/parentinvite?schoolCode=993864
• Parents click on the link, this is unique for your school
• Either create an account or login into their existing account with us. (Please note, this is a new website and no accounts prior to June 2020 exist, although we will be moving the accounts to our new site in January 2021)
• Once in the account the Unique School Code will be populated with your unique school number, but in case it is not, your Unique School Code for our site is:993864
• Parents can simply add their children to their account by name. If the images are available they will be able to view and order them immediately. Please also add your child's class eg 1FPR, RPKB etc. Quick Pics allows us to notify parents that images are available during the academic year without the need for proof cards to be distributed, for any of the photographs we take. Another way we are making our service COVID SAFE.
