Anna Bryden, Ealing's Director of Public Health, is advising primary school households to take lateral flow tests before pupils return to school on Wednesday 5 January 2022.

 

Tests should be taken either the night before or the morning of the first day of term.

 

Many Fielding households are already testing regularly. This is helping to reduce the spread of infection in school. This means more pupils can learn in school rather than learning at home.

 

The decision to take lateral flow tests is for each family but is strongly encouraged.

 

Get your lateral flow tests:

• collect from local pharmacies or libraries (although some members of staff report recent shortages), https://maps.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/
