Currently we have five main methods of communication

As discussed at our 'Focus on Fielding' parent information sessions yesterday we are reviewing our systems of communication.  The image below shows the ways we communicate currently. 

Our main method is through the 'Parents and Carers' tab on our website. You should find all the information you need on the Year Group Noticeboards and in the Latest News and  Letters sections. Our aim is for our 'Year Group Noticeboards' to be our one stop shop for curriculum information, events and letters - we are working towards this. 

Our second method of communication is parentmail, we use this for individual and small group messages as well as payment for trips and music lessons and publishing the Fielding Bulletin. This term we are planning to move trips and all payments to Laser so that you have one log-on for all events including online consent forms. Please keep reading the latest news for updates on this.

We also use social media, twitter and Facebook for updates and reminders.

The Governing Body will be carrying out a survey this term to find out a little more about how our current systems could be adapted and  would like to invite any parents who have particular expertise in this area to volunteer to work with them on a short project looking at communication.
