Today at the London Youth Games our Year 5 & 6 Girls Performance Football team were chosen to represent the London Borough of Ealing. 

 

The Girls played a total of 7 games during the group stages:

Ealing vs Bromley (Draw)

Ealing vs Lambeth (Draw)

0-0

Ealing vs Harrow (Lost)

1 - 2 (Qamara 5S scored)

Ealing vs Islington (Lost)

0 - 1

Ealing vs Newham (Win)

3-0 (Emily 6S, Qamara 5S, Coco 6S)

Ealing vs Westminster (Win)

2-0  (Flo G 6S, Qamara 5S)

Ealing vs Hammersmith and Fulham (Win)

1-0  (Coco 5P)

 

Unfortunately, we didn't make it into the quarter-finals, however, the girls showed great resilience and teamwork. It is an amazing achievement to have come this far and the girls have learned so much from this experience.
