The payment provider to Bromcom's MyChildatSchool (MCAS) has told us that the issue of payments failing is now fixed.

 

Bromcom, who provide MyChildatSchool (MCAS) to us, tell us that they will continue to monitor the service over the coming days.

 

Any payments made by parents between 17:00 on 19 April and 14:00 on 21 April, where a failed message was received, will need to be made again.

 

This is frustrating for parents and school alike. Bromcom are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
