Bromcom have recently made some changes to the way parents sign in to My Child at School (MCAS).
From now on, the only information needed to sign in will be your email address and a password. The school ID code section has been removed.

If you have been experiencing difficulty signing in, please read the troubleshooting tips below:
 

• Enter your email address. This should be the email we already have on file for you.
• Your password hasn't changed, it will be the same one you currently use
• If your password doesn’t work, please select the ‘Reset Password’ option to receive an automatic email

If you are still having trouble;
 

• For mobile devices, delete and re-install the app
• For desktop devices, clear your browser and re-open
