The ALFIE programme is a FREE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PROGRAMME for children aged 5-13 who are above a healthy weight and their families. Our aim is to support families to be HEALTHIER and FITTER by participating in FUN and INTERACTIVE workshops that focus on healthy eating and nutrition alongside physical activity sessions. Children who complete this programme may be eligible for a discounted membership on the junior programmes run at Gurnell Leisure Centre, or Dormers Wells Leisure Centre.
