Top priority for siblings and working parents

Over 200 applications were made for children to start our new Nursery in September 2017.  From September 2017, our Nursery is offering flexible nursery places, up to 52 ½ hours per week between 7.30am and 6pm during school term-time and for 8 weeks of school holidays.  Nursery learning and childcare will match the extended school day offered to families and siblings at Fielding Primary School, especially designed to support local working parents.

Our new Nursery offer enables our families to take advantage of the Government's 30 hours of free child-care offer for 3 and 4 year old children.

All siblings have been offered the place of their choice, provided that they applied by the closing date deadline.  Morning sessions proved to be very popular with parents.  All morning places filled very quickly.  The remaining few afternoon places continue to be offered according to our admissions criteria.

Applications received after the closing date, including from now, will be held on a waiting list with any places being offered as and when they arise according to our admissions criteria.
