Nominations

Parents are being asked to nominate themselves or another (willing) parent to become our new Parent Governor.  Nomination forms were sent to all parents yesterday by pupil post (or Royal Mail where parents live separately).

"Ealing's Governance section has told us that we must use traditional paper based methods to recruit our new Parent Governor.  We'd much prefer to use web and e-methods for parents to nominate and vote, " explained Peter Dunmall, Head teacher.

It is anticipated that more than one parent will be nominated to become a governor resulting in the need for a ballot.  Next steps:

• Nominations close Wednesday 21st October.  If only 1 parent is nominated, result with be declared with no ballot.
• Ballot papers distributed to youngest sibling, Monday 2nd November
• Election closes, Monday 9th November
• Ballot count and result, Tuesday 10th November
