From Monday we would like parents to  report positive COVID cases to us via our online form only. At the moment we are receiving information in a variety of ways, which slows the information getting to class teachers, or requires a call back to parents if we haven't got all the information we need.

The form captures all the information we need to collect. From Monday any notifications received by phone or email will be redirected to our form. This help us to communicate information in school in a timely way so that teachers know who to include in the day's hybrid-teaching. Please complete the form by 8.15am. Any notifications received after this time will be added to hybrid teaching for the next day.
