Staff training day

Teachers from Fielding and Little Ealing Primary schools continue to work together on our Visible Learning plus programme, funded by Ealing Council.

"We are sharing best practice, learning from one another and finding teaching strategies that have the biggest impact on pupils' learning," explained Laura Stabler, Assistant Head teacher.

Teachers will focus on developing a second round of class-based action research to improve pupils' learning with the guidance and support of expert consultant, Laura Kearney.

At Fielding, progress tests in maths for key-stage 2 pupils and spelling tests for all pupils are helping us to measure the impact of our new teaching strategies.
