The school site is closed to pupils and staff tomorrow, Tuesday 30th October, because there is insufficient water pressure to enable the school to operate hygienically. All aspects of the school are closed including Nursery, Breakfast Club, main school, After School Club and specialist clubs.

 

I have taken this decision in consultation with Rebecca Preston, Chair of Governors and Ealing’s schools Health & Safety officer. Having waited on a response from Thames Water, on the balance of probability, it is highly unlikely that water pressure will be restored to the school site for us to successfully open tomorrow morning. I am keen to give parents as much notice as possible to make alternative arrangements for children tomorrow.

 

We will make arrangements to refund Nursery, Breakfast and After School Club fees for booked sessions. Ealing Music Service tuition lessons and specialist clubs will either be rearranged or refunded.

 

I will contact you again tomorrow, as early as possible, about any decision to close on Wednesday 31st October.
