During the summer term, children in Years 1, 2, 4 and 6 will be taking part in national tests.

Our time table for these national assessments is:

• wc 8th May, Year 6 assessments (SATS), 
• wc 15th May, Year 2 assessments
• wc 12th June, Year 1 phonics check
• wc 19th June, Year 4 multiplication check, 

Outcomes of these assessments will be published to parents alongside the annual report, on MCAS on:

• Nursery to Year 5 -11th July.
• Year 6 - 12th July

 

Children in Years 1, 3, 4 and 5 will be completing their second round of NFER tests for reading and mathematics during wc 5th & 12th June. 

Throughout the term teachers in all year groups will also be assessing your child's writing skills and knowledge.

Teachers in Reception and Nursery continue to work with children daily to find out what they know and remember. 

Assessments for these Year groups will be published on MCAS on 26th June.

 

Our new format annual reports will be published on MCAS on 11th July (Nursery to Year 5) and 12th July (Year 6).

 

This year our reports will be much shorter than previous years. They will only contain the required statutory information. This is because we have added in additional parent consultation meetings for the summer term, instead of teachers using the time to write more thorough reports. 

 

Parent consultation meetings will take place on:

• 12, 13, 14 July  Nursery Dragonflies
• 17, 18 July, Ladybirds
• 13 and 17 July - Years Reception to Year 5
• 17 July only for Year 6 (no appointments, drop in)
