Fielding welcomes visitors from Iceland

News of the fantastic work we our doing around Emotional Health and Well-being, through our Values-based Education ethos, has reached as far as Iceland. We were contacted by members of staff from Álfhólsskóli School who had seen our Values Quality Mark status and wanted to find out more.

Yesterday, six teachers from Álfhólsskóli School spent the morning at Fielding; meeting members of staff, touring the school, visiting lessons and talking with pupils. “We are so impressed with the calm environment of the school and the pupils who showed us around were amazing. We are very inspired and we can’t wait to get back to our school and start Values-based Education.” commented  Hreiðar.

“We are very proud of our pupils and the school, we are extremely enthusiastic and committed to giving all pupils the best start in life.” explained Mrs. Tate, Assistant Head.
