As part of our current FLCC topic, 'What was life like in Ealing 100 years ago?' pupils in Year 2 visited Gunnersbury Park Museum this week to learn more about how Victorian children celebrated Christmas and what Christmas was like in the Victorian kitchens. Pupils took part in interactive workshops to strengthen their understanding of what life was like back then and thoroughly enjoyed handling typical Victorian toys and ingredients for recipes. A huge thank you to the PTFA for covering the full amount of the cost for this fantastic learning opportunity for the Year 2 children.
