Have you visited our specialist club page recently? Two weeks ago we published our annual overview of specialist clubs for the next school year. Since then there have been some minor amendments and additions to our schedule. We encourage all parents to take a look at the huge variety of activies we have on offer.

Booking for childcare and specialist clubs will go live on Laser on Tuesday 19^th July at 8pm. As booking opens Laser will be watching the system to ensure that the launch runs smoothly. If the system encounters any issues you will be notified of this. Click here for Laser helpful hints.

Specialist clubs

The specialist club booking is valid for one full term, unless stated on the schedule. As places can’t be cancelled once booked we recommend that parents and children visit our Fresher’s fair, held on Friday 15^th July, 3.45-5.30pm. This will give you a chance to speak to our providers, see demonstrations and join in with some taster sessions. We also have descriptions of each activity on the specialist club webpage. Specialist clubs must be paid for in full before the term begins. Non-payment will mean your child is taken off the register, but you will still need to settle the fees incurred. Spaces are limited so we advise parents to book early, if needed Laser will hold a waiting list, you will be notified when a place becomes available. We do run some invitation clubs-invites will be sent out prior to booking. For information about Rugby trials please see the article published last week.

Childcare

If you’re currently booked into the childcare, the place will automatically roll over for September. If you need to cancel any sessions you will be able to remove these when the booking goes live. We recommend you book specialist clubs first before adjusting childcare. We also offer unlimited availability, so you can guarantee the places you need. 50% of your childcare fees must be paid by the start of the new term. The cashbook shows the fees for the full term, however you are only required to pay 50% by 7^th September, the remaining 50% must be paid by 24^th October.
