Fielding Olympic Games moved back a week

 

Sports days this year are being moved back a week to ensure that everybody is available to take part. This means that the new dates are as follows:

 

Tuesday 12th July -           AM Nursery and Reception Blue and Green

                                           PM Nursery and Reception Red and Yellow

Wednesday 13th July -      Year 1 and Year 2

Thursday 14th July -          Year 3 and Year 4

Friday 15th July -               Year 5 and Year 6

 

More details of timings and events will be released closer to the dates so keep checking the PE Page.

 

The PE and Sport Constellation Cup competitions have been fantastic this year. The children have really embraced the idea of belonging to their constellation and have loved being given the opportunity to compete against each other at the end of every half term.

 

We are now approaching our final half term and the highlight of the sporting year...The Fielding Olympic Games (or Sports Days). KS2 will be competing against each other in various track and field events and KS1 will compete in some more traditional sports day events. Whether KS1 or KS2, all children will be trying their hardest to win some more points for their constellation in the hope of being the first constellation to lift the the PE and Sport Constellation Cup.
