This week in Reception we have been designing and making boats for our new topic 'Who will you find in the deep, blue sea?' The children have been enthusiast in learning about sea life. They have been reading facts; writing fact files about sea animals and reading books related to our new topic such as Billy’s Bucket, Commotion in the ocean. In maths Reception has been looking at doubling and halving pirates treasure and sea animals. All classes have had a whale of a time!
