Year 6 gets creative!
We are so excited to announce the very first Fielding Year 6 Art Exhibition. 28 enthusiastic and creative children have chosen not to do the production this year and are instead, creating beautiful and very individual pieces of art. The exhibition will be open on Wednesday 27th June from 17.30 to 18.45 pm, Thursday 28th June at 09.00 am to 10.15 and then again from 17.15 until 18.45 pm. We would like to welcome any families across the school to witness and enjoy their pieces of artwork.
Thank you
Miss Stabler
Values Parent meetings:
Unbelievably, it is coming to the end of our fourth year as a Values-based school and therefore, the end of our second cycle of 22 values. So we now need to choose a set of Values for the next two school years. Our Values-based Education is so important to us as it underpins our school ethos and helps develop our students into the people they are/could be in the future.
As these are so important, we are seeking views from all of our key groups. We spoke to the children during our school Parliament assemblies and the staff through our staff briefings. It is now time for the parents! We are holding two meetings on Tuesday 26th at 9.00 am (in the main hall) and 6.00pm (in 3S) for parents to share their views on Values, ask questions and to suggest new values. This will also be very exciting as we will be unveiling the new Baccalaureate levels that children from Years 4 to 6 can achieve.
Looking forward to seeing you there.

If you would like place a Summer Fair poster in the front window of your house, then you can collect them from the Wyndham Road entrance to the school. They are located in clear box next to the Scarecrow joke about choosing a new Headmaster!
Posters are available in A4 and A3
There is just one week left to get your entries in for the Scarecrow Competition. Why not use this weekend to dig out some old trousers and shirt, stuff with a sheet or two and find an old pillow case to make a face.
If you would like to go a bit more professional then why not pop down to The Fields cafe (next to the Plough Pub) and ask for an empty coffee bean hessian sack. They are giving them away free at the moment and are sponsoring our competition (while stocks last).
Drop off your entry along the fence by the School reception complete with name tag and owner, fill in an entry form - available under the PTFA section of the website and drop that into the school office. Deadline is Friday 29 June.
Entries will be moved to the Scarecrow Parade by the new Kitchen Garden and judging will take place during the Summer Fair by Mr Dunmall and the Mayor of Ealing.
Six winning scarecrows will be chosen and announced at 3.30pm on Saturday 30 June. Any questions email Fieldingptfa@gmail.com
